BK POLICIES
Please arrive on time for your appointment! There is a 10 minute grace period for services 30 minutes or longer. After the grace period your appointment will either have to be rescheduled or canceled
For any cancellations less than 12 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Same goes for any no shows
